Instead of going out to a typical dinner you've been on a thousand times, try a Well Done Cooking class.  My wife and I enjoyed the sauce class given by CIUCIU' and were very impressed with her knowledge of all of the sauces.    
            But, for an INCREDIBLE night,  get some friends together and find a class offered by CIUCIU'.  We did the Dinner in Positano (Italy) and it was phenomenal.   Just imagine Any Schumer in an apron giving instruction to a bunch of slightly inebriated 'students' and then you get it.  I admire CIUCIU's patience.  
​Once again, I'd highly recommend to anybody and everybody.
