I am a Certified Home Chef | Personal Chef | Chef a domicilio operating in Naples, Sorrento, Amalfi Coast, Capri, Ischia, Procida and Salerno.
I'm not pretending to be like the big Chefs who are now dropping out on TV, not a diva or extravagant person.
I am a normal person, loving Campania cuisine, which in my opinion is among the richest and most delicious in the world.
My kitchen is alive, evolving by the time, it's a modern kitchen that suits the tastes and lifestyles of today's world where people eat less but better. Quality and seasonality of the ingredients are at the base of my dishes along with lightness and simplicity.
My kitchen is typically Italian, because I think it is among the most varied, rich and tasty in the world. In my refined and rigorous dishes, the tradition feels, feels in the combinations, it is recognized by the scents and the flavors, it is appreciated in the condiments and in the menus.
My cooking classes are amateur courses, do not require any specific knowledge, they are aimed at both those who approach the kitchen for the first time and those who seek instead to improve their technique or to know new recipes.
Attention and Professionalism will guarantee to all participants a pleasant course and a local unique taste experience. We will decide together the dishes, theme of the evening and together we will make the recipe, taking it step by step in every detail, focusing on your curiosity and then enjoying the fruit of the work done together.
